We will conduct our worship services in a way that makes sense to non-believers and in a way that removes barriers to thier coming to faith in Christ, without comprimising the eternal message of the gospel.

We seek t present the unchanging good news of Jesusin a way that is up-to-date and relevant to the needs of 21st century people.

We believe that becoming a mature follower of Jesus is a life-long process that can be intentionally fostered.

We believe that small groups and Sunday School Classes are God's primary plan for building loving relationships in His church and that they are useful for evangelism, discipleship, and leadership development

8. Partnering in Ministry
We believe that a person who is experiencing a growing relationship with Jesus Christ will naturally want to serve others through the gifts that God has given him/her and that God especially wants us to serve the poor and those who are less fortunate than us.

9. Team Based Ministry
We believe that an empowered team of people working together to carry out a God given task is the most effective means of accomplishing our mission. The primary responsibility of pastors is to equip the laity to do the work of the ministry.

We believe that all who are using thier spiritual gifts in service to others can show someone else how to do what they are doing so that workers are multiplied.
